Welcome to Rocksteady Climbing—11,000 square feet of climbing and fitness space in the heart of Long Island! We’re Long Island’s premier indoor climbing gym, where adventure meets community in a space designed to inspire, challenge, and connect.

Our state-of-the-art facility offers something for everyone. Experience diverse climbing options, including bouldering walls, 20’ auto-belays, a dedicated children’s area, and a 12’x12’ adjustable training wall. Beyond climbing, you’ll find a yoga room, weight room, party room, and comfortable spaces to relax, enjoy coffee, and connect with others. Plus, we provide rental and retail gear, a WiFi-enabled workspace, and plenty of snacks and refreshments to fuel your day.
